How it works

If the set is not right, write to us within 30 days of delivery. We send the return instructions the same day.

We refund to the same method you paid with, within 5–10 working days of the parcel reaching us.

What matters

• The set should be in resaleable condition: figures intact, cardboard parts untorn, box undamaged.
• Return postage is paid by the customer for a change of mind. If the item arrived damaged or wrong, we pay it.
• The e-book is part of the set and is not returned separately.

Cancelling an order

Until the parcel leaves the warehouse you can cancel in full, no reason needed — just write to us. We refund to the same method within 5–10 working days, and the payment processing fee on a cancellation is ours to absorb.

A parcel normally ships the next working day after payment. If yours is already on its way, that is a return — see above.

If the parcel is damaged or never arrives

Write to us, with photos if the packaging is damaged. We resolve these cases in your favour — a replacement or a refund. Chasing the carrier is our job, not yours.
